It's like having a coach in your back pocket who's #1 goal is to help you succeed.
Individual training & coaching is 100% personalized to make sure we are addressing what healthy means for you, but also focused on reaching your goals.

All individual packages include weekly checkins, monthly phone calls, 24/7 messaging available, custom guidance & accountability, weekly educational chats, ongoing monitoring of your metrics by myself (measurements, pictures, weigh-ins, biofeedback) to make sure we are making progress along with learning how to succeed in any situation such as going out to eat & traveling.

Individual packages work on creating healthy habits that work for YOU, while learning how to create a strong mindset to overcome obstacles & create maximum confidence in your life.

All individual options require a 3-month minimum client agreement that serves as a trial period for you & myself to make sure we are a good fit for each other. After 3 months, you are welcome to continue monthly until either of us decide that our time has come to an end.
It will take time for your body to understand the changes we are trying to implement, and it will take even more time for your brain to connect the dots.

Nutrition coaching is customized based on your goals, background, and what balance & health mean for YOUR life.
I monitor your metrics (weight, measurements, pictures), your biofeedback (how your body is doing) and compare it with your compliance to help you find a routine that works for you and also make sure we are making progress on your goals.
