GROUP COACHING: About

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • App based progressive overload style workouts, to help you build muscle & strength

  • Video demonstration, form cues, track weight & reps

  • 3 or 4 day workout schedule (home or gym, suggestions for home gym equipment provided)

  • Optional nutritional component to include a 1x custom macro count & applicable resources 

  • 1x custom macro count with resources to help you learn the basics of nutrition & macros

  • Weekly coaching calls to help YOU in what YOU need for the week & discuss topics that help you grow in your journey such as: 

    • Healthy habits to get the most out of your nutritional choices & lifts

    • What to eat before, during & after workouts

    • Adapt workouts & nutrition focus for LIFE (traveling, sick, injured, etc.)

There are 2 options available, depending on the level of guidance you're interested in: 

  1. Training & Nutrition - training program, custom macro count, coaching calls, nutrition & training resources. 

  2. Training Only - training program, coaching calls, & training resources.
