TRAIN WITH ME
CHASE YOUR STRONGEST SELF WITH ME & GET EFFICIENT TRAINING SENT STRAIGHT TO YOUR PHONE
No matter if you're working out at home or in a gym, my goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your lifts as you recognize how much stronger you can become each time you choose to show up for yourself!
A progressive overload style training program is a structured strength training program designed to help you get stronger & build muscle by repeating the same exercises for weeks and/or months with the goal of doing more, over time.
You get access to on-demand style core routines, traveling/bodyweight workouts and dynamic warmups that you can do any day if you need a good stretch session.
This also includes a community forum where I guide you on what to focus on each week, where you can ask questions related to your training, where we can celebrate your progress & gain continued education on how to get the most out of your time spent lifting.
Come train with me and let's make great things happen, together!

WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU?
No, really. Fitness isn't about trying to fit you into a box. It's about finding what works for YOU & doing THAT consistently.
You have the option to workout in a gym, or at home with an adjustable bench, resistance bands & dumbbells (equipment suggestions provided).

You can choose between a 3 day workout schedule or a 4 day workout schedule, & re-arrange your weekly workouts to better accommodate your availability for the week.
3 Day Schedule = 3 Full Body
4 Day Schedule = 2 Full Body, 1 Upper Body, 1 Lower Body

No matter if you're choosing a 3 or 4 day schedule, you're going to work each muscle group 2-3x/week which is optimal for getting stronger & building muscle.
