Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, my goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your lifts and more confident in what your body can do. Strength builds over time, and every session you show up for yourself matters more than you probably think.

Train With Me is built around progressive overload, a proven strength training approach that focuses on repeating key lifts over several weeks so you can gradually get stronger and build muscle without constantly starting over. This is a structured strength training program that supports consistency and real progress.
Alongside your main workouts, you’ll have access to on-demand core routines, travel and bodyweight workouts, and dynamic warm-ups you can use anytime your body needs movement. You’ll also be part of a supportive community where I guide weekly focus points, answer training questions, and help you get more out of the time you’re already spending lifting.

This is a no-fluff, straightforward approach to training that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating limitations, have years of experience, or are just getting started, the program is designed to support you without overwhelming you. The focus is on learning how to train well, not just getting through workouts.

TRAIN WITH ME

You can train at home or in the gym, with the option to follow a 3- or 4-day per week strength training program. Workouts take about 45–60 minutes and include video demonstrations with clear cues, alternate exercises when needed, on-demand core routines, and travel or bodyweight options for busier weeks.

You’ll also receive personalized form checks from me, weekly guidance and encouragement, and access to a community forum where you can ask questions, share wins, and stay supported throughout your training.

The membership is $25 per month with no contracts or long-term commitment—just the commitment you make to yourself to keep showing up.

When you sign up, you’ll get instant access to the full training library along with a Preview Week so you can explore the app, learn the flow of the program, and feel prepared before starting. Your official Week 1 begins the following Monday. You’ll also receive a welcome email and weekly coaching emails during your first 7-week cycle so you always know what to focus on and how to succeed.
